Lois and Tom were amazing, they were extremely helpful and friendly. They didn't bombard us, they understood that we feel uncomfortable and supported us.

We could not have had a more perfect experience with the awesome team at Salmon Crest! Right from the beginning Kathleen was an absolute star; super organised, responsive and professional with a wonderful mannerism to make you feel so at ease! On the day, Jake our amazing videographer managed to sneakily take the most INSANE footage, without any interference of the day (I literally don’t know how he did it, he’s a magician). Then after the big day, Kathleen stayed in close contact, updating us on every milestone towards the final films…. And we could not believe what we watched. The most beautiful pieces of artwork, capturing all of the emotions on the day and literally enabling us to relive the whole thing!! My partner and I have recently returned from a romantic Norwegian fjords cruise, where we got engaged. We were looking for a company that could change our holiday footage into a mini film keepsake. After looking at a few companies, we were recommended to try Salmon Crest Wedding Films by our friends who had a beautiful wedding video made by them. To be honest we decided to have our wedding filmed as a last second thing and it was one of if not the best decision we made! My now husband and I were concerned about the expense, especially after already hiring a photographer but it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY IF NOT MORE! I think I have watched it at least a thousand times already (I cannot stop!) It has made us all tearful and laugh with joy, my friends, family have all said that it is the BEST WEDDING FILM THEY HAVE EVER SEEN and even our friends on Facebook love it!

Jake was absolutely wonderful, he was just like having another guest and we felt completely at ease, he also was comforting during any general stressful moments of the day (like the car being a bit late) we both felt like we could be totally ourselves around you and we felt like we had made a genuine friend.

As for the film, it is simply breathtaking! It’s just like watching a real film at the cinema and we could take the time to watch all the little stories of our guests we totally missed along the way (like my mother’s heel breaking and guests rallying to find glue to fix it so she could dance!).

If you are thinking about booking do it! It was one of the best decisions we made! A million 5 stars, went way above and beyond 110% Recommended! *****

Thank you so much for capturing our day so perfectly…. We found Salmon Crest Wedding Films online after reading glowing reviews, and our experience was equally positive. They filled us in on all the details. Throughout the whole process, they were very responsive to emails, answering any questions we had quickly. Kathleen kept in close contact with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding, including checking our venues. This was important to us and made us feel at ease about the videography, amidst all the stress and chaos which comes the weeks before your wedding. On the day they came to the house in which some of the wedding party were getting ready, and got some great footage early on. At the venue, they coordinated very well with our photographer, and got excellent footage, without it ever feeling like they were getting in the way. We were advised last minute by the venue that regular confetti could not be thrown at the venue, but Kathleen recommended that our guests used handheld bubble makers (which she provided) to create some AMAZING shots…and more environmentally friendly than the old-fashioned confetti too. We loved the digital comment book giving us special comments from each of our guests about the day and personal good wishes for our future…some comments brought tears to our eyes and others crying with laughter!! The final edits were ready very quickly. We were thrilled with the finished video, it brought tears to our eyes and we've watched it over and over again! Kathleen has such an eye for detail, with certain clips being matched to the words of chosen songs we and loved that we could see all the things that we missed on our wedding day! Also included was a sizzle reel which was just beautiful and a hilarious blooper reel. The video is something that we will cherish forever. It was an absolute pleasure to have your team there for our special day. We would definitely recommend Kathleen and Salmon Crest Wedding Films to anyone for their wedding day. My partner and I were really happy with our decision to go with Salmon Crest! We had videographers, Lois and Tom, and they were so easy to work with. Lois helped me stay relaxed while I was getting ready on the morning, and very much stayed in the background so that me and my bridesmaids were more inclined to act natural! She remained flexible when we came across small obstacles during the day and was helpful from the get-go! Later on in the day, Lois and Tom remained very professional while also giving us some creative freedom with what was filmed, though we mostly trusted their expertise. They got some great shots and we can definitely see in the films that a lot of thought and care went behind it! Thanks so much!
