What does the wedding package include?

We pride ourselves on fully exclusive packages, no two weddings are alike, hence a bespoke package for your special day. prices include drone filming and in some cases guest messages

How far in advance should I contact you?

We accept wedding booking up to 24 month in advance, book early for that special discount and wedding gift

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, we shoot and film weddings througout the UK and destination weddings in mainland Europe

What is the charge for travelling?

All our prices are fully inclusive, we film and photograph at major wedding venues across the UK. Some travel expenses will be charged for venues beyond 100 miles from our base in Shrewsbury

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

No two weddings are alike, you can expect a highly multi-camera professional cinematic film, award winning photography and live streaming to Facebook/ U tube

What kind of equipment do you use?

We have been a wedding supplier for the past twenty years, annually we upgrade our cameras and sound equipment All wedding are filmed with the latest multi cameras and up to four radio microphones

How do you charge extra time?

All our wedding packages are fully inclusive at the time of booking up to 24months filming all day up to 10pm. From Bridal preparation thru to the first dance, evening celebrations. inc drone filming

What are the forms of payment?

Secure booking fee by credit card or debit card payments or Bank transfer. £250 booking fee, at nthe time of booking, Balance paid 30days prior to the wedding day by bank transfer

How do you work?

Each wedding has its own merits for filming, no two wedding videos are alike, we design your wedding videos to suit your own personal preference

Do not use!

Booked a photo and videography package through this company. The photographer didn’t even attend the wedding! The videographer attempted to do both which is just ridiculous! We had no formal pictures or twilight photo shoot, he didn’t even have the list of the family I requested pictures with! The videographer also arrived looking extremely scruffy! I have not received any photos or my video and we got married 4 months ago! All my messages and emails are now ignored! I am in the process of suing this company. You should be completely ashamed of yourself Paul Neale.

Not a professional job at all

Did not stay until 10pm as stated on contract-left at 8pm
Waited 5 months for the video to come come back
Wrong music to final video
No Drone used even though the weather was good
Did not take any footage of the Groom and his best men at the venue, even though it was advertised that there were 2 of them and could be in two places. spent all their time at the brides house.
No footage of guests arriving
Did not take the bride and groom away for footage on their own
no footage of them in the car on their own as requested even though camera guy joined them on their journey.
As a good will gesture agreed to take particular stills ( 10) however, not received any.
Endless emails ignored
Asked for raw footage and refund no reply, that was 2 weeks ago
No creativity used at all throughout the day
a lot of footage on the dance floor of guests but none of the Groom and his men at the venue, guests arriving, or on their own.

Outstanding

We received an exceptional service from severn scent photography both Toni and Paul catered to everything we wanted and more on our big day, nothing was too much trouble. They really did capture the best moments on the day. We have a keepsake to treasure.
