Save The Date Wedding Films is a wedding-videography company based in Newmarket, Suffolk in the east of England. Owner and filmmaker Oli is passionate about creating stunning videos that reflect the true sentiment of your special day. This talented professional began his freelance career in 2013 and filmed his first wedding in 2017. Since that time, he's had the experience of creating keepsakes for over 100 of these special occasions. His approach is organised but relaxed, keeping him in each moment to capture the memories as they happen.

Services Offered

Save The Date Wedding Films offers an easy-to-understand wedding-videography package. This package includes 8 to 10 hours of coverage, as well as a ceremony video, a film of the speeches, a highlight film, and a feature-length film. These 4 videos will be delivered in a sharable online format. Additionally, Oli can capture morning preparation and create an Instagram-friendly video. You may also avail of drone footage for added drama and sky-high footage of your venue. With the understanding that no 2 weddings are alike, this dedicated professional is happy to customise the package to best meet your needs.

What does the wedding package include?

All packages include the ceremony and speeches as standard. The level of package that you choose will determine what other videos you will receive

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as possible. It's always best to check that I am available to avoid disappoint later on. You don't need to commit to a package/pay deposit straight away - just let me know you're interested

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

What is the charge for travelling?

Anything up to 80 miles from my address (CO9) is included in my package price. Beyond this, some travel expenses may be added if an overnight stay is required

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

I like to think my approach is very discreet and non-intrusive. My technique would be documentary-style as I mainly film what is happening without interrupting

What kind of equipment do you use?

My main camera is a Sony DSLR which is capable of recording 4K footage. For audio, I use a couple of small recorders with lapel mics to make sure I get the best sound possible for my couples' video

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

Extra hours can be added before or during the wedding day (assuming schedule/restrictions allow). This will be charged accordingly to each individual package

What are the forms of payment?

I accept bank transfer for all of my bookings

Capturing everything as it happens, following the natural emotion and excitement of the day to produce a cinematic wedding video that you can cherish for the rest of your lives together
