Weddings on Film works with an unobtrusive approach, allowing the filmmakers to capture the natural and candid moments of your day without getting in the way. Ivan uses top-quality equipment to create stylish and cinematic videos that you will cherish forever, filled with important moments and genuine joy. He offers a choice of packages depending on the amount of coverage you want for your big day. This dedicated filmmaker also offers add-on options, including a complete recording of your ceremony and the speeches.

What does the wedding package include?
Our starting rate for a 5 minute bespoke wedding highlight reel is £975. This includes crystal clear sound from ceremony and speeches edited to a song of your choice
How far in advance should I contact you?
I'm very flexible so it can be far in advance or last minute
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, i travel for free anywhere in Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire. I'm happy to travel further so just let me know
What is the charge for travelling?
Outside of the 5 counties i'll charge 25p per mile
What kind of technology do you use?

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
We produce an elegant, cinematic and honest portrayal of your wedding day. We do our very best to be non intrusive and subtle so as to capture every special moment from the tears to the laughter
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use the best broadcast quality 4k cameras to capture the event on the ground and if location permits we get stunning ariel shots with our drone cam
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?
If you require me to stay beyond the first dance it's £50 per hour
What are the forms of payment?
a 15% deposit is required up front to hold the booking. This can be paid by bacs, paypal or cash. The rest of the payment is due in the week prior to the big day
How do you work?
We capture all the big moments yet are subtle enough so that we are able to film those hidden moments too. No one likes things staged and we like to think we capture the realness of your wedding day

Ivan was incredible - so friendly, great to communicate with and really was such a huge part of our day. We are blown away by his video and LOVE it so much. We have watched it 10x or more (in the first hour of having it!) back to back and smiled / cried / laughed endlessly. Thank you so much - memories we will keep on watching again, again, and again!

Weddingsonfilm highly recommend!
Ivan is a very talented videographer but most importantly a really great guy! He is really easy to talk to and has been great with communication throughout. The wedding film itself, is honestly stunning and both my husband and I are so happy with the end result. It really captures the day and how we felt and I tear up (with happy tears!) every time I watch it! It is such an amazing keepsake to have, to look back on and we can’t wait to share it with our little one when she’s older. We would highly recommend Weddings On Film and Ivan to anyone. We can’t thank him enough for his hard work and efforts for putting together such a beautiful memory for us.

I spent a long time looking at videographers, watching short films that they had previously created reading reviews and I was so excited when I found Weddings on Film, to see the work the Ivan had produced because as soon as I saw a couple of examples I knew it was the style we wanted to capture our special day.
Communication with Ivan has been great, from booking to the lead up of the wedding day. Ivan took note of the elements we were including in our day and made sure to capture it all. We love the video we received, and how quickly we received it. The video provides a 5minute highlight of our special day, we have watched it so many time since receiving it and I don’t think it will ever get boring.
The service we received was second to none and Ivan did his best to ensure we felt relaxed, even with a camera following us. So if you are considering using Weddings on Film to capture your special day, from our experience we recommend you do.

Our wedding
We hired Ivan as our wedding videographer in September 2023. He was amazing the whole day, not just with videography but with helping with other supplier issues also. We received our video very quickly after our wedding which was amazing and we was not expecting at all! I couldn’t recommend Ivan enough! Thank you so much.

Such a lovely wedding video!
I cannot recommend Ivan enough, he did a wonderful job on our wedding video which just captured our day so beautifully. Great all round experience
Ivan was incredibly professional from our first contact to the receiving of our finished wedding video. He managed to really capture the emotions of the day. We will treasure the video Ivan has made for years to come. Its the perfect addition to the photography as its something that has been sent to family and friends. For those that couldn't make it it gave them a feeling of being in the church and at the celebrations! Thank you for giving us a video better than we could of ever hoped for!
