To help you remember the best day of your life forever, White Orchid Wedding Films have three different wedding packages for you to choose from; any specific need or requirement can be catered for always keeping your budget size in mind. These packages cover:

What does the wedding package include?

Our Silver Plus Package (currently at £585) includes : Guests Arriving Ceremony Photos Speeches Cake Cutting & First Three Dances A short Highlights version A USB with your full wedding film in HD

How far in advance should I contact you?

The earlier the better, really! But we can scramble without much notice in case of emergency. More than a week please :)

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, scotland and the north of England

What is the charge for travelling?

Usually we include travel up to 30 miles one way, and after that am additional 45p per mile

What kind of technology do you use?

Digital

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

After getting to know you a little at our preliminary meeting I get a feel for the kind of style you're looking for and work towards that. I usually aim for honesty, humour and aesthetics

What kind of equipment do you use?

We shoot video on a Panasonic AG HPX170 and Go Pro cameras, and record audio onto Olympus audio recorders. We also use a steady-cam for smooth camera movement

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

It depends on the job - if it's extra editing time we might ask for £10 per hour, but if it's filming and camera work I think £50 per hour would be fine due to using all the high quality equipment

What are the forms of payment?

We ask for 20% to secure the date and accept cash, cheque, PayPal and BACS transfer, with the remainder spread over three more payments

How do you work?

Discreetly and courteously on the day and slowly and carefully while editing

Fantastic 10/10

Chris filmed our wedding in November, and we couldn't be happier. We experienced excellent communication from him from pre-booking enquiries right through to us receiving our wedding film.
He was so friendly and fitted right in with our mad crowd of families, knew our venue , and managed to capture some lovely moments that we hadn't witnessed or been aware of. Very reasonably priced, and he was so helpful at all times. We loved watching our complete film over a bottle of bubbly and laughed and reminisced as we watched. We would definitely recommend him to any future wedding parties.
