Services Offered

You’ll be spoilt for choice regarding the wedding packages offered by White Villa Films & Photography. From the initial booking to the big day, the team are on hand to answer all your questions and concerns. Depending on your choices, they offer eight to twelve hours of coverage at your milestone event. They will be there to film your entire ceremony and speeches, ensuring not to miss any moment. Their discreet nature allows them to blend into the festivities, meaning they can easily record all the love, laughter and joy. Additionally, they provide services such as photography, photo albums, live streaming, engagement sessions, and portrait photoshoots upon request.

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as possible! We often get booked up 1-2 years in advance so the sooner you reserve your date with us the better

What is the charge for travelling?

In most cases 60p per mile with the first 70 miles included in the package free of charge. For destination weddings simply travel cost/accomodation/car hire/per diem for 3 days

Cinematic, Licensed Soundtrack, Candid & Portrait, Full Black and White collection at no extra cost

What kind of equipment do you use?

4K Netflix approved cameras, High resolution photographic cameras, Sony Alpha series and Panasonic Lumix S series and Canon glass. Anamorphic Film lenses on request

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Capturing Magic: How Phil and Sam Made Our Wedding Unforgettable 🎉

Wow, where do we begin with Phil and Sam! Absolute top quality service. Their approach was very friendly and personalised from the very early days of our wedding planning until the end of our magical 2 day wedding! My partner and I were initially going to opt for photography only on the 1st day and to include videography on the 2nd day: what a mistake this would have been! We are so glad we opted for photography and videography on both days as the final product has been upper tier to say the least! Phil and Sam ensured we were comfortable the whole time and not a single essential picture, video, or moment went un-captured. Their vision, ideas and fluidity that they brought not only to our periodic virtual interviews, but on the wedding days itself, were nothing short of world class. Their calm demeanor and smiley faces went a long way to curbing our nerves. To make it even better, all of the above-mentioned was for very, very reasonable prices. My partner and I will be recommending White-Villa to all of our friends and family, and we extend this same gesture to anyone else out there in the community reading this comment 😊

Wonderful memories captured beautifully on film!

I have no hesitation in recommending Sam and White Villa Films to capture your wedding day. Our videos are AMAZING! We've shared our 1 minute teaser with friends and family and had so many lovely comments already. Sam captured our day beautifully in just 60 seconds; and our main wedding video is like a feature film - it shows our day as we felt it, so full of love and laughter, and it was so lovely to see how we felt on the day translate to film, it really did capture our happiness.

We were somewhat nervous about a videographer to start with, but Sam really did make the whole experience inobtrusive, and he and our photographer worked so well together, it added another fun dynamic to our day, rather than be something that was awkward. Sam is excellent at what he does and the end result is testament to his talent. We were especially pleased with all the drone shots - the ones on the beach are particularly stunning! Thank you Sam for giving us the gift of being able to revisit our wonderful wedding day, we are truly grateful!

Best thing we ever did! ❤️

"The quality, editing, creativity, and the fact that the video really told the story of the day in such a perfect way, was amazing". We could not recommend our Videographer Sam and his Co pilot Woody enough. They worked incredibly hard throughout the day/evening and it has truly shown.
If you're contemplating on having a videographer, I highly recommend that you do! Worth every penny.

A dream to work with!

Sam was informative and communicated with us from the point of booking, and still is in contact as we wait for our USB 😊 To say we are an awkward couple is an understatement, but Sam really made the experience of having a camera pointed at us all day, such a comfortable one, and it shows in the films! The little parts of the day that we would have missed, were all captured and we are so happy that we were able to see what we missed as we rushed around most of the day! The footage is wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Sam 😊

Videographer

White Villa Wedding were recommended by our photographer and as soon as we looked through their videos, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for! We love how the audio to the video are moments from the speeches and ceremony as if just made the videos feel more personal to us. Sam was so helpful throughout our entire planning process and really took the time to get to know us and our guests. He captured parts of the day we had not seen and edited it all beautifully in our videos - which we received less than 2 months after our wedding!! We could not recommend Sam more to anyone planning their wedding - you won’t regret it!

Captured our day so perfectly and was a great supplier to work with! Fitted into the wedding day perfectly too!

We cannot recommend Sam enough to be apart of your wedding day! He was recommended by our photographer and we didn’t need to think twice about booking him after seeing the quality of his videos and our first meeting with him. He made us feel so at ease throughout the whole process and remained professional and friendly throughout. My husband was worried about having cameras in his face all day, and in the nicest way possible - we didn’t notice Sam on the day! Yet he has caught the most precious moments on camera and told such a beautiful story of us meeting and how it unfolded on the wedding day. We have had comments from others saying it is the best wedding video they have seen! You will not regret booking Sam as part of your day, him and his work are worth every penny! Sam we can’t thank you enough for capturing our day and our story so perfectly!

Exceptional!

The team at White Villa filmed and photographed our wedding. Our whole experience with them was amazing. From our initial contact, emails and phone calls leading up, during the day, and after, the team were very professional and accommodating.

Short notice wedding!

Sam was absolutely fantastic. He was easy to speak with, and with a ‘short notice’ wedding he fitted in our meetings with understanding and precision. Sam is approachable and personable, he made myself, my husband and our guests feel very comfortable and was effective but not intrusive with his filming. Sam really is lovely, he really understood what we wanted to achieve with our wedding video and delivered. There was no hidden costs or extras, everything was clear. We are so pleased we chose him. We would highly recommend Sam and his many cameras for any wedding!

Fantastic and Amazing!

Phil and Ash were absolutely exceptional on our Wedding day and made it so easy to capture our wonderful memories of the day, by the fun-filled way they interacted with us and the guests. And the output is nothing short of spectacular. Both the photos and videos are outstanding. They have given us the perfect gift and wonderful memories of our Big day, which we will be able to treasure forever!

The best in the game!

Sam captured our day so perfectly. He made us feel so at ease throughout the whole day and it was amazing watching back all of the footage. We are so glad that we decided to get a videographer as it really does allow you to see parts of the wedding day that you don’t necessarily see on the day. It brings the whole day back to life. I had been following White Villa for a while once we got engaged and was really impressed with the work so knew I wanted to work with them for our wedding day and the end result just went above and beyond our expectations. The quality of the video, the time spent on it to make it perfect and how well thought out it was is genius and I would recommend Sam / White Villa to anyone getting married. You will not be disappointed! They really are the best in the game xx

Second to none

There are no words to describe just how blown away we are by our wedding videos. Not only was Sam absolutely brilliant on the day, we have just received our wedding videos and they are incredible! Fantastic quality, and fantastically edited- it’s as though we are right back there living the moment all over again. The emotional parts and the laughs. Thank you so much- If you’re thinking ‘is it worth getting video as well as photo’ then here’s your sign that it most certainly is! ☺️

We booked Sam to film our wedding and he was just brilliant from start to finish, from answering all of our questions to blending in on the day (it was as if he wasn’t even there as he was so discreet!) He captured the day perfectly and we absolutely love our film! Having worked in the wedding industry and seen plenty of wedding films over the years, we can absolutely say with confidence that Sams are the best. His films are so well edited and you can tell he puts his all into each and every wedding he films. Sam is a professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone getting married - we promise you won’t be disappointed! Our film gives us goosebumps each and every time we watch it and we’re so grateful to have such special memories!

Fantastic and extremely professional
